BRIEF HISTORY, PRESENT LOCATION  AND STATUS OF THE SCHOOL

The Holy Family English Medium School Pachalloor was established in June 2002. It is directly managed by HOLY FAMILY EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST Thiruvananthapuram.

It is an English medium, Co-Educational Day School with classes from 1 -10. having prospects of growing up to secondary and senior secondary stage under 10+2 pattern of Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi after affiliation to the Board. The Academic year is from June –March. The Total strength of the school is 537 students in the current academic session 2013-14.

The school is running its own, newly built campus located in the pollution free, lush green surroundings at Pachalloor Village,Thiruvananthapuram District, Kerala State.

The school has sufficient infrastructure including spacious, airy and well lighted class rooms , Library, Labs , Activity rooms, Playing fields and other facilities as per the C.B.S.E. norms for affiliation and in apposition to fulfill the conditions for the future expansion from Secondary to Senior Secondary level.

The school aims at the integral development of the students by detecting the stream of their potentialities and capabilities and training them to play a noble role in the building up of their personality, family, society, nation and the world at large. The chief purpose of the school is to bring up generations and generations of the girls and boys who would live up the moral and religious principles, which in turn would help them to build up happy families – the integral part of good society and there by building up a better world.
